I’m Charles Wrenn and together with my wife, Annette, we are “The Charles and Annette Team”, specializing in North Myrtle Beach, Little River, and Myrtle Beach real estate.

A little bit about us; Annette and I come from an automotive background. In 1988, I started with a company and remained loyal to that same company for 28 years. When I retired, I was the Vice President with over 150 employees. Annette also started at a young age in the automotive business and has over 27 years of finance experience. That’s over 55 years of sales and finance experience between us. In that time, we both learned the meaning of hard work and the true definition of customer satisfaction.
My wife and I understand what it is to sit around and dream about living at the beach. After many years of dreaming, we decided to make that dream come true. Our love for North Myrtle Beach brought us here and now that we’re residents, we hope to bring the same happiness and joy of home ownership that we’ve experienced to you.
